25 Random Acts of Kindness

Lifestyle 15/01/2021

Someone once said "In a world where you can be anything, be kind", and this couldn't be more true. We should all be striving to be kinder each and every day, especially in the current times, where everyone has difficult days. A little kindness can go a really long way, and even inspire someone else to carry on the kindness train.

It's easy to question whether we will really be able to have an impact or to think that without money we can't make a real difference, but that couldn't be further from the truth. I know that, personally, receiving a text from someone with a message of encouragement means just as much, if not more, than something of monetary value. Everyone has heard it before, but "it's the thought that counts".

Kindness day in the UK is on the 13th November, but that doesn't mean that we can't be kind for the remaining 364 days of the year!
